Job Purpose/Role
As Business Analyst for oneWeb within the newly established Digital Interaction & Analytics department within AMOS Business Transformation you will be highly involved in the costumer Digitalization nitiative and responsible for oneWeb rollout projects. In this position you will be working in customer projects and be responsible for: a) gathering and discussing business requirements from/with the OE, and b) leading the projects. You will be reporting to the head of team Migration and Rollout.

Key Responsibilities

-       Conducting projects rolling out the costumer oneWeb platform in the customer OEs. Thus dealing with the new common digital presence of our customer which is supporting internet on all devices, for all distribution channels and for all target groups

-       Organise, plan and drive the platform migration of customer OEs to the new strategic Sales Automation platform including on-site support

-       Analyze and prioritize detailed business requirements of the OE environment and analyze and adapt business processes including architectural assessment (functional perspective)

-       Project migration estimation and planning including tracking and monitoring project budget, resources and timeline and ensure "go life" readiness

-       Participate in the build-up of a new Open Source community for all web related topics

-       Demand management for further development of products and services related to the oneWeb platform

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

Qualification, Certification and Experiences

-       Very good academic degree/qualification, preferably in business administration, economics or IT or similar experience

-       Profound international project management experience

-       High affinity for Insurance Operations and/or Distribution

-       Fluent English is a must, an additional language is preferred

Skills and competencies

-       Strong conceptual capabilities and positive, result-oriented "can do" mentality

-       Team player with well developed social and communication skills and cross-cultural experience

-       Willingness to travel internationally

Desired Requirements /Skills /Experience

-       3 or more years of professional experience and demonstrated excellence, preferably in insurance services

-       Additional qualification (e.g. PhD, MBA) would be beneficial

-       Solid Insurance Operations and IT know-how
