IT Manager-ERP
Position Qualifications
· Education: IT related preferred
· Other valuable Training, ITIL Foundation, Prince 2, IT Governance, etc.
· Experience: Strong IT background with certain weight in ERP (SAP, Navision) and CRM systems management.
· Valuable Experience:
o Business Consultant on any/some SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, SD, CS, MM, PS, BW). ERP SAP Experience coming from NAV is a plus
o CRM, SharePoint, Office, Visio, MS Project, ticketing tools.
o Knowledge on IT infrastructure: data networks, servers, VoIP, etc.
o Familiarized with business process mappings and re-designs and/or tools
o Requirements taking, Functional analysis, Testing Plans, Change Management, Project management.
o IT Providers relationships
· Soft Skills: Leadership facing technical and business reqs. challenges, Coordination and management (around 3 people), Able to work either in a local or virtual spread team, Willing to continuous improvement and learning, Priority management, Customer driven, Team player, Pro-active, Empathic.
· Language: Spanish native and high level of English.
· Travels: Punctual travels to EU and/or some local Branches
Detailed Job Duties
· Participate in SAP roll-out as Consultant and Key User coordinator
· Daily IT operation responsible
· Program and Project manager in Corporate Applications and Infrastructures initiatives
· Internal IT Consultant with business teams to gather business requirements and shape program/project initiatives
· Leadership and proactiveness in the yearly local portfolio proposal, evaluation process and execution
· Review project objectives and prioritizations, and regularly report back on the project status.
· Coordinate Local IT Help Desk with EU Headquarters, providers and local users
· Support coordinator for corrective, evaluative developments and SLAs follow-up
· Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders & sponsors.
