Job Title	SAP QM/EHS Architect
Job description	Mission Quality is one of our key values within the company group. The last couple of years the company has implemented 2 new Enterprise platforms: SAP Quality Management and SAP Environmental Health and Safety to: Secure that legal required and data are created, maintained and stored in systems supported by IT. Secure and optimize our approval processes for raw materials. This will support in meeting the strict requirements regarding Chemical Product Safety and Technical Documentation set in the European Safety Directive, by using SAP to setup a long term solution.  The consultant will be working within the Corporate IT department and primarily with the Engineering and Quality area.  And will be involved in development projects and operational support. An important task for the consultant is to understand the business needs and processes and facilitate the requirements gathering. And turn that into IT specifications. Primary goals Performance is satisfactory by effective communication of all project issues and task status to the project manager/development lead as required by due dates Performance is satisfactory when support is provided per the application Service Level Agreement. Performance is satisfactory when the change request is implemented within agreed upon time, budget, and quality. Performance is satisfactory when service calls based on the training are within agreed upon number. Main tasks & responsibilities  Participate in projects by completing tasks and/or coordinate resources as assigned by project manager Provide support in the form of advice and analysis of user/operational issues, and use the analysis to formulate a resolution. Owns service calls related to assigned applications. Assist Manager with maintenance plan including estimation of tasks and evaluation of consequences. Performance is satisfactory when support is provided per the application Service Level Agreement. Complete change requests in the form of design and analysis of new business processes. Will participate in prototyping, creation of functional design specifications, data and function mapping. Train or provide training material on applications or end user tools. Development  potential The job can develop in several directions in the IT organization both in regards to Architect in different application areas, to sr. Architect with focus on a broader range of applications or Enterprise Architects which has a more long term strategic flavour across applications.
Qualifications required	Deep and brought knowledge in the SAP QM Area 4+ years experience in the SAP QM / EHS area either as consultant, customizer, architect is preferred. Good knowledge about SAP PP and MM is also required. English language required. Danish language desirable Travelling approx 30 days a year, dependent upon project requirements.
