Job Description:
PHP Developer (mid- or senior-level)

A Swiss company with its largest office located in Spain, seeks an experienced PHP developer to join its growing development team.  Offers various marketing packages and IT solutions to companies and universities throughout Europe, including website design and social media marketing. We focus on dental clinics, as well as other sectors. We also offer a cloud-based system for dental clinic administration.

Our projects are for clients that are located all across Europe, including Switzerland, Denmark, The UK, Italy and Spain. 

This PHP developer will work on further development of a custom-built B2B ecommerce system needed by HubSpider’s parent company in Switzerland.  The position is based in Spain with some travel to Switzerland.

Required qualifications:
-          PHP programming with 3-5 years’ experience
-          Experience in PHP frameworks
-          Previous work in a structured development environment
-          English at a business level, both written and spoken

Strongly desired qualifications:
-          Ability to read and write specifications written in German and communicate with German-speaking stake-holders
-          Some project management experience
-          Some experience managing QA
-          Ecommerce experience

Things that would be nice to have:
-          Prestashop experience
-          Drupal content management system experience
-          Experience working with APIs
-          HTML5 and CSS3
-          JavaScript (jQuery)
-          Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
-          Responsive web design (Bootstrap)
-          Fluency in additional spoken languages
